This location is the best Chase I've been to its always clean & never to long of a wait. I collect coins & paper money & whenever I go in for that purpose I know I do take up some time with asking them to check each drawer to see whether or not they have what I'm looking for, they always have a smile on their faces & help me with everything I need!
This location had a very friendly and professional staff with excellent service too.
Going to this location, as an alternative to the closer more convenient location, in an effort to find better service.
I was helped by a gentleman named Tyson who was quick, attentive, and quite pleasant. He listened to the problem, found a solution (which i was happy with), and was personable during the whole procedure.
The banker here was very helpful, and friendly. There was a bit of a wait though even though there seemed to be many employees there, but only one banker.
No organization, no people to help out and no sense of urgency to everyone just sitting around waiting.
Perhaps I should take my business account to a bank that values my business!
