I have used this machine a couple times with no problems. Don't do small amounts and you should be golden. Transactions take about 15 minutes until coin is on your wallet. Fast and easy.
The people that run this ATM are incompetent. Every other week the machine is broken, I drove to it 4 times in one week after they kept telling me it was fixed a few weeks ago and it was broken every time. This morning I text them and ask for the status and they say it's broken and someone is fixing it later today.
So I text a few hours later and they say it's been fixed and is up and running. So I drive 20 minutes to the ATM and it's still broken, when 30 minutes beforehand they told me it was fixed.
There are no excuses for this kind of service. These guys are awful. Sell your bitcoin literally anywhere else.

THE FEES THEY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE ARE A COMPLETE LIE AND DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT HIT YOU WILL ABOUT TO TAKE ON YOUR BUY....I ONLY RECEIVED 56% OF MY BUY...THEY ARE NOT UPFRONT WITH WHAT YOU'LL BE RECEIVING. ALSO, WHEN I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE, THEY BASICALLY SAID "SUCKS, NOTHING WE CAN DO" RATHER THAN TRYING TO RIGHT THE WRONG...
I was able to pull several hundred dollars out of this atm with no issues. The transaction fee was reasonable and the transaction went through very quickly. The only thing was the rate of conversion lagged quite a bit. The market rate at the time of the transaction was around 14k/btc however the rate on the atm was at around 12k.
I honestly wish that I could rate this negative 5 stars. Terrible machine, steals your money and never pays. Also refuses to cancel the transaction once you have given it anything.
