When I went to this Wells Fargo to get my money from my check, I went to the drive through and had to wait 5 minutes before being assisted. They assisted people that came after me which is extremely unfair and unprofessional. I put my check in with my ID and they gave back my ID with the money in an envelope and I drove away. And when I parked to check the money they didn’t me the correct amount that was on the check. I should’ve gotten more money but they didn’t have the decency to do that. Extremely unprofessional.
This branch is so much better than the other one in Draper.
Much less crowded than other branches and well located if you need quick access while shopping around here.
The drive up tellers at this location are always friendly and cheerful. Highly recommended.
Wells Fargo has been my bank since I was 13 and this location has provided nothing but amazing customer service! They are always so friendly and helpful.
