This bank is a joke. They NEVER answer their phones. They forget it’s our money not theirs and they should have some customer service skills.. Closing my accounts and moving to a bank that actually answers their phone!’
Nice building.
Will be moving business accounts to MACU. Done with this place. Will randomly get overdraft fees when the account is in the green by 4 figures, only about 50% get automatically refunded.
This bank will decline every single financial product that you apply for, when every other bank will happily work with us. I must have a mark on my forehead, because I have received nothing but sub-par service at all Zions branches (except Midvale) and absolutely no financial help for the entirety of my business. I have had accounts here since 2010. Enough is enough.
After decades of using Zions, last 4 months new fees charged with shady explanations and lack of written agreements to back up the new fees. Took months to resolve, to finally get deserved refunds total $195. After closing account they paid a $107 debit, then it was refunded. The overdraft fees were $80 for 9 days of overdraft. I called them on their illegal con. I didn’t pay their attempted Con. Squeaky Banks owned by the LDS Church.
To many problems to list, however enough is enough dealing with lame excuses of new fees, move out time. Closed account, then they paid a reoccurring charge that was refunded back, and the new fees were more than the check amount. Disturbing to say the least.
This bank took my whole savings account with fees said they would return fees but instead closed my account!! NOT what a bank should be!!
