Jordan CU has a sentimental place in my heart. My grandma opened this account with me when she used to work for the school district, and I have the same name. I have always had a positive experience with the teller line. This is the only location I have visited and it's been nice having staff recognize me sometime. I've done very little in regards to loans or member service related transactions. I feel like their interest rates have been alright, but I seem to usually find better rates elsewhere.

I refinance my home loan through Gina at JCU in Sandy. She was great to work with and made the process easy and stress free! Not only that but their rates were the best.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I recently went through a refinance and it was so easy thanks to Gina and Amy! The entire staff is great and helpful whenever I go in. Glad to be a member!!

I've been here since I was 8. I've moved around a lot since then but have always wanted to maintain my accounts with them. I got my first credit card through them almost 10 years ago. Every few years I apply to possibly increase my limit or lower interest rates, as well as look into other types of loans. It has never been a positive experience. I guess I just have to vent because my most recent experience Was very impersonal. I know I started the application on-line but then I went in, in person and the loan officer I was working with didn't even come out to see me. I then received an automated email with the loan decision. I guess I'm just old school and like having personal interactions even while tying to take advantage of on-line conveniences.

We loved our experience with Jordan Credit Union! We worked with them to get a lower rate on our mortgage. Not only was their interest rate the lowest we found, but their fees were actually reasonable. Imagine that! We had started the refinance process with ANOTHER credit union. Our experience with them turned sour when they didn't return our calls for weeks, and in our initial paperwork they added in extra fees and buy downs without explanation. THANK GOODNESS for Jordan Credit Union. (They actually explained the unnecessary fees from the other CU.) Our experience with JCU was the exact opposite. Response time from our mortgage officer was quick, fees and process were explained in detail, and when closing day came, we even got to do it in the JCU office with our original mortgage officer... instead of some random title company with a stranger. To top it off, the OTHER credit union called a few weeks after we closed on the loan to let us know they were available to continue working on our loan. Say, what? Don't hesitate. Go with JCU!
