(When he presented bill to other party they refused his over inflated charges)(he in my opinion was not needed as he claimed & made no changes that was a benefit, I'm left wondering did he prey on my vulnerable state of mind at the time of my daughters passing?) Messerly was Hired to oversee an estate settlement- after He told me something regarding other attorney appeared shady- because He presented himself as a Christian & attended a church I know of I hired him.. - in my opinion I was gouged in fact itnnwas the other attorney who refused to
