So far not that impressed. Gym is clean with plenty of options and it is never crowded to where you can't get your workout done. Requested some personal training for help with meeting certain goals. Made three different appointments and was stood up 3 times. Two double bookings and a no show. Now received notice from collection agency due to charging my card to he wrong name and it was declined. Even after making a copy of 2 separate ID cards and the credit card.

Went to front desk ask when my contract was up, informing me November. Assuming it would be the last month they would charge. Later I received a collections notice from the credit bureau, for the month of December the following month they told me. Later calling assuming a confusion, the front desk said well should have read the fine print.nAVOID this business, and their fine print contract traps. Their competitor across the street over by the mall only charges $10 per month with no contracts no traps.
