I went into the lobby and was not even acknowledged until I approached the only window that was being used. There were FIVE people working behind the counter yet not even ONE of them made it known they saw me, even after they all looked at me! There was one gentleman in front of me and another woman behind me in line. This is the worst customer service I have experienced!
Says they close at 6 on the door but 5 online but closed even earlier....... only chase to ever do this......
The bank is on a convenient corner, but they might as well just keep the doors locked and put the red-light on the drive thru lane. They provide very little service, but they do provide a great deal of frustration and give you a lot of time to sit and read the news, facebook, instagram or just sit there and stare into space while you wait for a person that cares very little for what you are there for... and you have to pay a fee for nearly everything you do there. I suggest you find another place to throw your money at... they dont care about your money - until it is theirs.
Connie was an extremely pleasant and professional teller. She was kind and attentive to my needs and all around excellent member of the staff there. I appreciated her so much today! Thank you for great service!
I came today and I try to open a bank account and they couldn’t open it for me because it was just two people sitting down drinking coffee, they didn’t had anything at all to do, no customers not busy and I can understand why they couldn’t help me. Because they were stupid people not doing there job.
