When our banks understand there are others ways of banking and saving money. I did not have an account. Walked in with my children and was ignored for 5 minutes. Yes , time is important. Time shows respect and dignity. She was staring at a computer screen. Spend more time engaging with clients and clients to be. I will never go back into a Zions Bank. Yes I am a member of the Church. YES, RESPECT IS THE NEW CURRENCY. No wonder this location has very bad reviews. There are more options out there people!
After I deposited some cash 2 days ago,
I found out $220 was withdrawn from my account for no reason
So I asked what happened to the bank.
They said it was just an error.
Eventually, I got my money back but I couldn’t trust them anymore so I am going to close my account
Assistant Manager don’t care about customer

I had a great smooth and courteous experience here yesterday morning. I do not understand all the hate reviews. But thanks Zions for taking care of me in a very timely fashion.
Deposited $400 cash into my checking account on a Friday. Saturday morning my funds are no longer in the account and I'm overdrawn. Call center can see record of the deposit but refuses to help even with a provisional credit until Monday. I've had nothing but problems with this company and branch.
