I usually don’t leave reviews. Although, I gotta say this place was the most efficient and easygoing locksmith in town. Sub zero degrees and losing my keys was not a good combo. I was able to get someone instantly when calling and got help right away. While getting my keys replaced by an agent, they made sure I was safe and warm. For someone to care about my well-being in this cold meant a lot especially going through a rough day. Overall, these people care about you as a human. And I’m very thankful. Definitely will do business with them again if I’m ever in an emergency.

I suggest Eli if he's available. Eli was kind, professional, timely, & provided an easy experience. I called Reliable Locksmith to get a spare key for my vehicle & got great service. This company was able to send a locksmith to my house the same day for $120 & it took less than 10 minutes! The dealership did not have what I wanted & it would have cost more than twice as much

Opening a new business in Wayzata, we figured this would be the locksmith to help us change our commercial locks. The man who showed up was rude and talked to us as if we were wasting his time. From the day they were ‘installed’ we started having problems where the door would not stay unlocked, or we couldn’t even lock it when trying to leave. Since the lock was installed by them into the door handle, we assumed they would fix what they had done. We were told we had to at least pay the employee cash under the table to get them to fix their own work. Now the other lock they installed has mess up the back door handle, and they refuse to fix their work without another large service fee. Reading the reviews, sounds like they can open a locked door or car, but good luck getting them to install a working lock. Save yourself the trouble and hire a company that actually is reliable, doesn’t just go by the name.
