Jeff Colyer has been the only lawyer whom I have used for personal issues such as wills, medical care directives, trusts, and power of attorney forms. Jeff is an interesting person with delightful, quirky mannerisms. However, as personable as he is, he, more importantly, has the attributes as a lawyer that makes him critically valuable. He is incredibly well-organized, pays meticulous attention to detail, is extremely knowledgeable in personal affairs legal matters, and has an absolutely marvelous almost OCD approach to record-keeping in both electronic and paper formats. Once he has finished something for you, you can reliably trust that it has been thoroughly completed in a manner that will stand the test of time and further review.

Jeff Colyer prepared our wills, power-of-attorney forms, and helthcare directives efficiently, with both attention to detail and the flexibility to ensure that they well served our circumstances and reflected our wishes. All of this was done for a very reasonable fee. Had we realized how easy and quick this process could be we wouldn't have put it off for so long.
