Came to this Burt Brothers after a positive experience as the West Jordan location and wasn't let down. Staff was very polite. A really friendly atmosphere. They were pretty busy but you probably wouldn't be able to tell unless you noticed how many people went in and out and how many people they called about their vehicles getting done, they didn't appear stressed or anything. My tires were patched and filled up in about a half hour and I was on my way. Definitely would come to Burt Brothers again after my positive experience both here and at the West Jordan location.
Mike did a great job helping me pick the right wheels and tires for my car. He was able to get a good idea of what I was looking to do which made finding everything much easier. He provided great customer service the entire time, and was willing to answer any questions I had.
Absolutely blown away with the level of service I received this evening. I was driving along and got a nail in my tire and pulled in while they were CLOSING. Alan not only took care of my tire with the Burt Brother's team, helped me entertain my children, but made sure all of my other tires were in working order before I headed home. The cleanliness and beverages available in the waiting room were a comfort and he sterilized my car key for handing it back....whoa, just whoa ...I can't wait to have BB do more work for us!!!
I go here for all my service needs, not only are they friendly but they also give the best quality service I have ever experienced! All the staff there helped me understand what’s going on and also gave advice on how I can make my car last longer, I’d go to them for anything with my car needs.
These folks continue to impress me with their exceptional customer service. It's always over and above what I expect. I trust them completely. I once thought I knew better only to learn that I did not.
