If I could give these guys six out of five stars I would! I had such a great experience at the one in Knoxville TN (where I used to live before I moved to Utah). They check EVERYTHING and they make sure you are really up to date on your vehicle. No slimy or pushy mechanics here. I took my car in today for an oil change and once again, the amazing service reminded me why I go there in the first place. I live in Salt Lake City and even went out of my way to get serviced at the Valvoline in Sandy, if that shows how much faith I have in these guys.

I will never go to any other place but valvoline. I used to go to the Roy location but since I’ve moved I been going to the sandy one. Same amazing customer service. The guys (and gal) at this location have been awesome!!
They were amazing, I am never going to anyone else to do my oil changes, they were honest reliable and quick! Definitely going there for my next oil change!
That was by far the best oil change experience I have ever had! Done in 15 min. I kid you not. So nice. Very professional. Didn’t try to up sell anything.
Incredibly friendly staff. Quick and efficient oil change, for a much more reasonable price than many other oil change locations. Inspected my vehicle tip to tail. I will deffinately be returning here the next time my car needs servicing.
