We were really excited to try City House. It looks like a great place to grab a bite and enjoy the view. Sadly, our food was very disappointing and my cocktail lackluster. I ordered the nachos, which came cold and stale and my partner order the Cuban, which looked like something we could have made at home, but did taste good. For what it cost, we expected more.

Beautiful deck over looking the river. Great food truck fare. Modest selection of beer wine and hard seltzers

D- for Covid safety. My husband and I sat at a table-for-two out on the balcony. Shortly thereafter a birthday party of roughly 10 - 15 people came out and set up right next to us. The balcony is very narrow and they would have been crowded had we not been under a global pandemic. Instead of asking them to move inside to one of the many available large tables, the employee helped them get more chairs. It was so crowded that we moved to the far end of the balcony. The table that we moved to was filthy and had not been cleaned. We had to ask to have it wiped down. Food was mediocre at best. Beer selection was good.

Couldn’t have had a better (masked) experience! Great taps selection and a tasty varied menu located on the Mississippi? What more could ya ask for? Oh, great service too!

Beautiful location, cool spot to relax on the water, watch the boats. Lots of space inside and tables and chairs outside. Good food and drink options, surprisingly good selection of both. They had yard games inside, too, so that is always a fun option. Love that they took this historic place and made it a modern hang out. Information about the history on the walls
