We had a really pleasant experience picking out the exact size of unit that we wanted to rent. The environment is clean, well-lit, and affordable. They even have rolled dollies that help get your stuff to your unit. It seems like a really secure unit since you need a key code to get in and out. Erica the store manager was very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful.

Extra Space Storage just bought/took over the place on Transfer Lane in Saint Paul from Public Storage. Erica was very kind and helpful during the transition, and afterwards she helped me get into a smaller storage unit. No fuss, no fuss. She took time to make sure I understood the terms, the price was fair, I would highly recommend this business!
We were greeted with smiling eyes, by a pleasant receptionist named Erica, the lobby was clean and welcoming in appearance. She attentively helped us to settle all of our storage needs, in a helpful and kind in demeanor. I really appreciated her ability to provide us with exceptional customer care. I strongly recommend this Storage space if you are looking for a 5 Star facility.
