The Manager and workers here are incredibly nice, helpful, and communicative. I worked with a company who rented an office and had a storage unit as well, so while my experience wasn't monetarily direct, my day to day was, and was always treated kindly. Their prices seem very fair comparatively, and for an older building, it is kept up well, including loading docks and parking lot across the street, from my experience. Always plowed and clear for folks.
The cheapest storage I've ever seen and it's all indoor. They only have 3 workers I think but the manager is super nice and he save my butt one time I almost lost everything. Very secure as well but easy to get lost up in there!!
