I cant believe how amazing the manager melody is at the West St. Paul location. She made my husband and I feel like she actually REALLY cared about her customers and making them happy. She went extremely above and beyond to find exactly what I needed. I hope she is being taken care of by the company. If there's anyone who deserves a pay raise, it's her!!!! She's the reason we are renting there.
I continue to use this storage site and the staff are quite helpful. I enjoy my chats with Melody and the other workers. They are polite and professional.

Melody was great to work with. She was very helpful! I was arranging a move for my daughter who was going through a divorce and she helped me pick the best most affordable options for short term storage while my daughter waited to move into he new home. Thank you Melody!
