I have had belongings in a storage facility for decades. Two years ago I discovered this facility when it opened and can truly say this is the nicest storage facility I have ever used. The common halls are always clean and the lights and bay doors work like a charm. The website is a convenient portal for payments but I prefer to pay in person at the office each month. I lile to visit with Azure ( Sweet Madam Blue). She is always courteous, pleasant to visit with and has a big smile to greet all her customers. I believe in letting people know they are doing a good job and doing so in person but thought it was time to actually write a review, so here it is!nCheers!

I ended up at this storage place because I actually had a scheduled reservations at public storage around the corner and Noone every showedud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f, I am so happy that 365 was literally 2min away and I got help less than a min. This storage place is so very unique. I was so pleased of how clean and warm it was while unpacking my things in this friendly environment especially dealing with the cold weather. Last, but not least I would like to give a huge shout out to Erik who helped me get situated. Best customer service every! Thanks 365.

I made a reservation for a Public Storage. On my way to look at the unit I seen a new storage place next to Public Storage. So I stopped in to check out the deals and ended up getting a much lower price. Great store and great staff, very clean.

I was super excited that I found this storage facility. I came in and Eric Knutson really took care of me. He asked me all the right questions to figure out what I needed. As well as answered all my questions. He even took the time to lock up and show me 4 different units until we found the right one for me. This facility is always clean and welcoming. I recommend this to everyone looking for a storage place.

Worst storage and experience! Someone stole my bike in my unit and the people at the office still give me an altitude. Provide no help. My unit was locked using the lock purchased from them. There are video surveillance but they refused to provide that. All the good reviews on their site are probably fake.
