Never had an issue in the year that I used this location. Clean, organized and friendly! Special shout-out to Lisa for being SO helpful when we were coordinating our move out of the unit, over the phone, from another state! She is an awesome property manager and I would trust her with all my belongings again!!

Before coming to this location, I was at another and I had changed my reservation that night before, for today and the guy at the other didn't want to help out. walking into his location felt very unwelcome, I was upset after leaving his location.nshowing up at Eaton Street location, it felt friendly and welcome. My experience with Lisa the manager was great customer service, she listen to my need and what kind of storage that would fit what I had. I enjoy chatting with Lisa, she turned my day into a positive one, thank you

My experience here has been great. I happen to split a storage unit with my roommate. Well my roommate lost her key to the lock. Lisa the manager replaced the lock and gave us two new keys free of charge. Also gave me the old lock with one key to keep. Could not ask for better customer service.

I've used this place in the past and it was okay but this summer I used them again for storage. The office manager is never on site. Did not update my email so I never got any paperwork. I never could get a hold of her until check out. The admin fee is higher than monthly rent. They refused to let me use my own lock. I had to purchase one from them but unfortunately, for a$20 lock that you can't rent or return you also can't use it on anything else as it is specific for those doors. Online can't help. You have to go through the charging office. Worst experience.
