I cannot recommend this place enough! The check engine light in my Jeep Grand Cherokee came on the day before I needed to drive from Utah to Arizona. The great folks at Brody's fit me in, identified the problem (oil pressure sensor / switch), ordered the part and fixed my vehicle that day. The shop was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the price was fair and the vehicle was back to running great again. They were terrific!
I’ve been going to Brodie’s for over four years now. They’ve always taken good care of my vehicles and given me great customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. They always try to diagnose my car problems and don’t try to sale me upgrades or services I don’t need.
First time I have used Botdy's and I loved it. The service and prices were excellent. I went here as I was suspicious I was being ripped off by other garages. Turns out I was. Brody's were really accommodating, flexible and professional. They let me us parts I procured myself and returned the core part to me so I can get a refund to send them off to be rebuilt. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again in the future for all my auto repair needs.
The most genuine, straight forward, honest, warm customer service I could’ve asked for. They are extremely nice and willing to get you the best solution possible. This was a great experience and I will suggest them to anyone I know.
Updating review: there were some stains on my car interior, which I managed to get out, and Brody's followed up with me to make everything right. They are committed to ensuring that their customers are happy.
