I was referred here by a coworker initially. My first thoughts were, typical "express" oil change servicing. Not the case at all. Firstly i went on veterans day and they graciously changed my oil for free - USAF Vet - which I did not expect. Secondly, WHEN the lobby is open they have visuals for the customer to put their mind at ease of the process so you can watch what is going on with your vehicle. Most importantly, the staff is very attentive to you and display great customer service. I will recommend to friends and family...already have!
I always use them for my emissions test. I like getting the on the spot sticker and registration renewal quick and easy. They will match competitions coupons, so I always get reliable service at the best price!
I had taken my car for a oil change last week and then noticed a small leak on my driveway the few days following that. I went back in today and Gabe helped me right away and got me in line very quickly. He was quick to find the problem and fix it at no charge. He was not working the day of the original oil change but took ownership of the situation. I think all the guys there work hard and I appreciate the speediness in which they get their customers back on the road. The issue was a small gasket that needed to be replaced and not an issue from any of their techs directly. Great job on customer service to all of you.
