The unit we rented was very clean and the area is well lit. It felt secure as well. We were able to drive a large moving truck in between the rows with ease. Pricing was very reasonable. The management was easy to contact and prompt in returning calls. Great service and eager to help you get the storage unit you need. Would definitely use this storage facility again and recommend to others.
I just started renting a unit from these people and made arrangements to have my unit unlocked so when I arrived after hours I could start unloading my stuff. Unit is locked and they will not answer phone calls or return calls. Not a very good start with this company. My uhaul trailer was supposed to be returned today so now I am going to be charged at least another day for that if not more.
I needed a place to keep my stuff ASAP. I found legacy storage online and was able to secure the storage unit completely online.nnBen reached out to me the next morning to arrange a time to get the keys.nnThe units are very nice, and the location is very well lit!nnI would definitely recommend Legacy Storage!
