Great service, fast friendly knowledgeable technicians. We purchase all of our favorite national brand tires here.
First time I ever came here and I was thinking, okay I’m going to get Walmart quality care and stuff. The staff, tech, everyone in the auto center were kind and talk to me like a friend. They showed me everything and made sure I understood what everything I was getting done was. They didn’t try to sell me on anything else other than what I came in for and I feel like as a girl, guys with cars will try to give them a run for their money. Jiffy lube tried to get me to do twice as much as I came in for and all I needed was an oil change, which I ended up not even needing.
Service is amazing. Will forever come back. Gained a loyal customer.
Even though Odgen(manager) was two training new guys and had a busy line of cars to fix. He still manage fit me in for an oil change. Props to him. He and the crew went above and beyond my expectations for the day.
Ahmad and Abraham were extremely helpful getting my Forester all ready for my road trip. Both of these guys went the extra mile to make sure my car was safe and all caught up on maintenance needs! Thanks again fellas! I have officially switched stores for all of my shopping needs. Definitely worth the extra 3 minute drive!
Needed a tire patch and pulled in at 5:34 pm, and was told they were closed. I checked Walmart's website and it said they were open, so I called the store and the person on the phone confirmed they were open until 7 and transferred me to the auto center. Nobody picked up the phone. Not sure if there is a miscommunication between the store and the auto center, but they refused service despite posted hours being open later.
