We had two fobs that needed replacement batteries. As a woman I definitely am not tech friendly, had no idea how to replace the battery or even open the fob ! My husband usually does this but he’s having some memory issues. I not only was able to buy the batteries, but the young salesman opened each of them up and replaced the batteries for me even though it took a little time. Excellent customer service! If I need any car related things, will visit again as they seem to carry a lot of products.

I was beginning to lose hope that customer service was a lost art and that most people didn't take pride in your work anymore. Tonight, O'Reilley's went above and beyond and not only remediated the issue but also met my need in this covid season. May the LORD bless your business this winter, may you suffer no major loss. Treavor saved me a lot of time and a lot of money. I was quoted $500+ down the street at Steve's Automotive to replace both my O2 sensors to get my check engine light to shut off (they charged us close to $100 just to diagnose the problem). We really couldn't afford to pay that much money to fix it. After Treavor double checked the check engine light code to make sure the diagnosis was correct, (for free), he got me the parts I needed right away for about $140. After that he showed me on my car exactly where the sensors are located and told me how to change them out myself. (So much simpler and more helpful then searching for youtube repair videos). Anyways, long story short, whatever you are paying Treavor... Double it. He's great!
