Had PepBoys do some work on my brakes. The service manager (Aaron) at this shop is top notch. Very focused on me as a customer, providing updates when things took a bit longer than expected. I never once had to track anybody down for an update. Great customer service.

This location rocks, it is so nice taking your vehicle to a location that is passionate about their job. They are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. 10/10 taking my business here now.

My parents’ 4Runner had a coolant leak. I took it here to fix it. They sold me an $800 radiator replacement. It didn’t fix it. I wrenched around on it myself and realized it was the water pump. I replaced it myself for about $100. The AC in my Jeep wasn’t working. I yet again took it here to fix it. They sold me a $150 evac+recharge. It didn’t work. They then tried to sell me a $1200 system replacement. I passed. I replaced the compressor myself for $200. I came back for a recharge after replacing the compressor. They tried to sell me a recharge for $215. I passed. I took it elsewhere and got it recharged for $80. My AC now works flawlessly. The crew at this establishment sleazy and incompetent. Patronize them at your own risk.

I am SO thankful for the guys at Pep Boys tonight. There was a screw in my tire and it was totally flat. On a Sunday. The day after a holiday. During Covid. Not good timing at all, if there’s a good time to have a flat tire. By the time I got my car over here to get it fixed it was half hour before they closed. I am a single mom and I have one car, so I was gonna be in a serious pickle if I had to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. They told me they would stay late to fix it. This is extra mile service that they didn’t have to do and chose to do it to help me out. I can’t express how thankful I am, but I will definitely be coming here for all my car care needs now that I know the caliber of humans that work here. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cody and Mike, for all your help!
