Went in for a routine oil change and air filter change. Was told that I needed my radiator cap replaced. I told them I will do it myself. A few days later my engine temperature light turns on on my dash. I go to open my hood and MY CAP IS GONE. They clearly didn’t put it back on, and failed to do so. Will not be coming back.
Manager and crew are professional, quick, and did a great job. They even pointed out that I had a break wear issue even though they don't do brakes! Great Experience, will be back
A big shout out to Andy and the guys for taking the time to explain everything to me when I took my daughters Durango in for an oil change and emissions. Normally I leave feeling like I’ve paid for something I didn’t necessarily need or want. Andy is definitely the best guy for the job! Thanks again!
I got right in. I know they like to "upsell" but this didn't happen. They did bring out the air filter and recognized it was fine and told me not to worry about it. They were very fast and professional. They actually pointed out something that I wouldn't have known about underneath to get fixed. Car is at dealership getting work right now because of that. Thanks!
