So far these guys have treated us well. We got a flier for a full synthetic oil change and also had them check some s**t out. They seem realistic and fair. They are a little pricey but I believe that is because of their decent service. We were offered a ride back to our house while our car was worked on. It was actually a breath of fresh air! I think these guys try and do a good job. We will be replacing our spark plugs next. Looking forward to it!

Recently the heat in my vehicle stopped working and I knew I would be in for a very long winter if I didn't get it fixed. I took my car to a shop a few doors down from Steve's and after waiting almost 4 hours for a diagnostic, I was told the repair would take about 5 days and cost about $650. After googling Steve's and seeing their great reviews, I thought I'd get another opinion. Dropped my car off with them at 9:30, they called within an hour to let me know that it was a simple fix, and by noon I was back home. The charge was only a fraction of what I prepared to pay and these guys were so nice. My family is in the automotive business back east and they'd be proud to have employees like the ones they have at Steve's. I'd give them six stars if I could!

The staff here are very friendly, the mechanics do a professional job, and they are willing to drop you off with their car service if you have somewhere to be which is very nice. However, if you enjoy paying more than you wanted too for a car repair... search no further. They are the stereotypical mechanic of looking for more things to repair than you wanted to know. You go in for an oil change and might leave having your whole car needing several repairs! I wish I was joking about this or speaking in Hyperbole, but I’m not; just experience. Not only are they willing to fix everything under the sun on your car, but they charge more to do so. They will help you lose weight though. I came out always feeling several pounds lighter, since my wallet had been reduced significantly. As I said however and to be fair, they will do a good repair on your car... the real question is: did you really need it?

These guys do a great job. They are very professional and courteous. I recommend calling and scheduling an appointment before coming in. My favorite part of their service is I get a text and email to a link with my cars inspection report including pictures and recommended services. I can now reference that report and plan my future repairs and maintenance services with them.

I called Steve's Automotive Specialists for a steering problem I had. The service manager listened to my b issue, explained my options, and then recommended I go to a dealer because my issue was under warranty. I really appreciated his time and honesty, even though he was losing the repair job to a dealer! I highly recommend him, he is someone who is honest and trustworthy!
