BIG THANKS TO RON & HIS TEAM!! I am thankful to this brother and his team. They are very knowledgeable in their field and very professional when it comes to customer care. I had two classic cars with exhausts, mufflers and alternator done here. I had my 77' Chrysler exhaust pipes re-routed to factory and the same thing done on my 78' Cadillac, along with an alternator replacement. Thank you Master Muffler & Brake, for sharing your gifts and talents with servicing my classic cars! I recommend and trust this shop to all those who needs work done on their cars or trucks! They ran the line wrong installing a condenser, causing a huge radiator fluid leak a week later when the line burst. They do not not what they are doing. STAY AWAY. On top of that they are rude, want you car forever, as they do not take appointments, and will not give the vehicle back in the timeframe they promised. There were no notes on the invoice saying the lines needed to be replaced. Also, you did give me a time frame of which she would have the vehicle completed. It was not completed in that time frame and when I called you had no idea when it would be done.

Tried calling for more info on pricing, the guy was pretty irritated with helping me. I know how annoying some questions or customers can be, but seriously learn how to not show that frustration.

The staff at this location helped my family so much! They went out of their way to go above & beyond. The kindness they showed us is rare these days & it's nice to know some people out there still care about doing the right thing.

Took my car in for a simple oil change and flowmaster setup... neither of which they could handle. The install took 2 hours longer than promised for starters. Driving off their lot, it sounded as if they forgot to add a hanger or tighten things down as my car now sounds like marbles in a washing machine with all the clattering. ONE day after the service, my check engine light came on. I decided to take my car into Nissan and a personal mechanic, only to be told that they had installed the wrong fuel filter and weight of oil, resulting in a $300 engine flush. I called Master M explaining the situation only to be told me and the mechanics were wrong, then being hung up on. Everyone loves a stuck up, YouTube-taught mechanic. Spend your money on a quality mechanic or it’ll bite you down the road.
