Love this Big-O Tires. It is a very busy, very friendly shop. They have great prices on tires and frequently have sales. I got the best consumer reports tires on a buy one get one free. The staff is agreeable to work with my schedule and I even couldn't come in for a week and they still held my tires and waited for me. Highly recommended shop!!

Wow! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had an unexpected flat tire issue while on the clock at work, and the staff at Big O Tire Sandy was more than helpful. It was a crazy work day for me and I needed my flat tire fixed by the end of the work day. Big O Staff gave me a number to an awesome Towing Company and they also got me taken care of. By 5:30, I received a text that my car was ready to go. I headed to Big O and the staff, even in person, was not only kind but quick and efficient. I know this seems super dramatic for “just” a flat tire, but Big O Sandy Staff helped me in more ways than they realized by getting this done for me so quickly; all while maintaining great customer service! I’m coming here for all other services I need done in the future. Thanks, Big O Tire Sandy! The best of the best.

This crew gets after it! You can trust them with a flat repair or a high end wheel/tire combo, detailed alignment and major system mechanical repair. I work with auto repair shops all over the valley and nobody hustles to get things done the way the Sandy Big-O crew does. A+ from me.

In the past they've had good service and prices. Recently their service has gone downhill and and they're pricing is not very comparative. Also last time I had them change my tires they forgot tighten the lug nuts on one the driver rear tire

Very Impressed. Professional, fast, kind and is HONEST. Thanking Shane and two other gentlemen that worked on my car. Had a few services done and then they fixed my bumper that was recently hit. Screwed it back on and it looks SO good. A complete surprise and something I wasn’t expecting. Very thankful. They will go the extra mile for you & I 10/10 recommend this location because of their customer service and quality of work. Will be returning.
