READ EVERYTHING A DEALER GIVES YOU, before you sign. I bought the Extended Warranty (Total Care Auto) through Larry Miller dealerships. Guess what, YOU HAVE to go to a Larry Miller dealership for extended warranty repair, not any dealership. They don't tell you that when you sign up.

I read very carefully what was covered and more specifically what was not covered under their comprehensive warranty. the deductible and the miles per year and I have used this warranty several times to cover a litany of things like alarm horn, cooling fans, fuel injectors, fuel pumps and sensors, lumbar seat motor, radiator, turbo, various seals, water pump. I've owned two cars in my life, a jimmy and the boat I am driving now... my experience so far is that all vehicles are nickle and dime you to death pos. I have still spent considerable amount on things not covered under wear items various hoses, belts, a rear seal, and the usual breaks and tires but without this service warranty I would be dead. Total care auto has been a life saver for me.

We bought our super clean 1 owner dodge Durango from the Larry H Miller bountiful dealership a couple years ago. after a couple months or so we started to hear a strange clicking sound coming from the front end and when we would be at cruising speeds, if we let off of the gas and then got back on the gas (like normal driving) we would feel a clunk front underneath the vehicle. We brought the Durango back into the bountiful dealership and they have been trying to figurine out the problem. Both Larry h Miller Bountiful and TCA have been amazing to work with! They have covered everything without question. All the bad reviews on here are from people who 1, haven't read their contracts and don't know what they bought or have not maintained their vehicle properly. Total care auto is the very best warranty company out there and Larry H Miller bountiful is the place to buy! And no, I do not work for TCA.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. READ YOUR CONTRACT! DO NOT REFINANCE YOUR LOAN. This will void, and you won't have GAP insurance even though you paid thousands for it. I was only provided the first page of my contract when I signed my loan for the Total Care Auto. Nothing on this indicated if I were to refinance it would void it. You should cover the life of the loan as long as it stands with the original person who took out the loan. I refinanced to save money, and then was in an unfortunate event that now I notice I spent to much money to y'all.

If there is a zero star. I would put a zero.We called several.times on friday after thanksgiving nobody answered .Leave a voice mail nobody called back 😡😡😡. Paid almost 3k for a 5 year warranty cant even talk to them.I will still try to call them tomorrow and maybe change my rating whatever is the result.I am very much upset right now.
