My husband took our car to First Choice Car Care for engine repair work. The individual was very polite but it took two months for our car to be repaired. When we got it back, our car was leaking oil and would no longer start properly. I don't like to leave poor reviews but I'm pretty upset considering we paid $1,200 to fix our car and will now have to pay more to get it done right. The car is back at the shop and I will revise my review if they're able to get it right this time without the additional costs exceeding the value of the car.

DO NOT GO HERE!! READ IN ENTIRETY I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed and even called earlier in the day to confirm they could still in. When I get there at first they said they were full and couldn't get me in but then said they could after about 30 minutes. After another 30 minutes they come and say they accidentally DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID instead and it would be another 30 - 40 minutes and like they were doing ME a favor for not charging me for it. I ended up being there another 3 HOURS! While waiting I saw them drinking beers while working on the cars and even a can on the desk so they obviously don't care if anybody saw them. They were also smoking cigarettes while working in the cars and had to tell them they better not get into my car with a cigarette as i saw them do so with the other cars they were working on. This place was the most unprofessional "mechanic shop" i have EVER been to and definitely not a first choice, not even a last choice. Believe me when I say I am going to tell EVERYBODY I can to not go here. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Had to get new tires put on. Fast, reliable and very friendly. Did amazing job. Always their when I need repairs. Thanks guys

Employees r super friendly, they will keep working with u on any concerns until ur happy.priceing is far work is quilty.
