It isn't all the time that someone goes out of their way to go above and beyond to take care of a stranger. Brad saved our daughters 4th birthday, by fabricating a battery connection to a new battery for her present the day of her birthday so it was ready for the party. We are so very grateful!
Very nice, but not skilled. Tried to fix my iPhone X screen which was cracked. He "fixed" my phone 4 times, and all 4 times were fails. Screen did not function after he worked on the phone
I already have steered people to this location. My industry is rough and results in many broken phones. Brad is extremely knowledgeable about the products and is overtly helpful. You don't see his level of customer service very often.
