TSA employees were very rude with our last trip. The process is different each and every time, even at the same terminal, but they rudely assume you can guess at the current process and are sarcastic and critical. We had a completely different experience in Orlando where the agents calmly and politely guided you through their process.

The TSA agent was rude, demeaning, and dehumanizing. He got angry at me for asking him to repeat himself since I am hard of hearing, especially with the masks. He also made my wife walk back through the entire line at the checkpoint and separated her two-month old child from her because the pre-check was mistakenly assign to the baby, not her. We were respectful , but I was appalled at how we were treated.

I was blown away at how rude some of the agents were. The man moving the bins through the machine was barking orders like we were in boot camp. Even referred to my husband as “guy” (yelling by the way) so disrespectful. Also told a lady he doesn’t care enough about her things to push them a couple inches into the machine. He wouldn’t even need to reach to help her. Horrible experience

After waiting 10 minutes (which is a long time considering the airport was not at all busy), I politely asked the man who pulled my bag from the scanner if someone could please inspect it. He rudely replied that I’m not allowed to talk to him and told me to take it up with another TSA agent. The lady who was supposed to inspect carry-ons was on her phone and also very impolite when I kindly asked her to check my bag (a.k.a. to do her job).
