I dnt have words to describe how great this bank is. It’s the Best bank I have ;) they are fast efficient and have a great competitive rates and all their products . Coustomer Service is a 100 + from tellers to bankers .nAnd the store manager, she is incredible, professional and very happy and helpful.nI have Gresia as a banker and I couldnt ask for more . Great place to refinance your auto ,credit card etc .nPs great starter account for you kids .
Overall I'm satisfied with this credit union. Flawless support, tremendous staff and sincerely kind upon arrival. The only thing I don't like is some weeks I cash my check with no issues than other weeks they want to put a hold on my check that previously was ok, until I show a pay stub. Only reason I won't put 5 stars
The Eagan branch is the best! The staff there is awesome and super helpful! I used to come in that branch a lot before I moved - Greetings from Sunny Colorado! Thank you for your continued outstanding service!
