Very good customer service
I had fast and efficient service from the drive-thru at TCF Bank. It's nice not to get out of your car on a snowy cold day.
I find the Tellers very nice and helpful. I love the remodeling they have done in Eagan.
My husband's been using this bank for a long time and he loves it. It is getting harder to find locations now that they are taking them out of Cub grocery stores, but he really likes the services and service he has been provided. We drive all over to find this location because we moved.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made an appointment with the assistant branch manager and she had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. Every question I asked she would call someone or read straight off the website. I had to look things up on my phone and prove her wrong because she was contradicting herself constantly telling me false information. Tcf needs to train their staff.. I was doing her job for her.. unbelievable.
