Had an appointment Saturday! Was assisted by G. I won’t say his full name. We were trying look at estimates for an auto loan. He typed in the information in to his computer and 20 minutes later he said... there was a hiccup somewhere in the system and instead of holding us up all day he will just email us the information. Okay.. that’s nice of him. We will look forward to the email..nnThe day goes by... nothing! the next day goes by... nothing!nnMonday comes along... we had another appointment and we asked him why didn’t we receive any email regards to our appointment on Saturday. He he mentioned again that there was a hiccup in the system and it wasn’t resolved so he wasn’t able to email it to us. That’s cool or whatever but at least let us know!! What kind of BS is this!!!
