The manger is biased and shows favoritism the service is rude. The manger Kathy kirk is rude and if it aint done pnly her way then nothing gets accomplished or achieved at that store. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless your prepared to be belittled. And even if you have recipts or paperwork or even in the pharmacy even the medical company even calls and differs with rite aid and kathy they literally do have their own rules. Please call in and report these guys maybe getting different management will change that place. I see from other reveiws im not the only person with issues here

They take forever to fill your prescription. Other places its 15 or 20 minutes but here I've had to wait hours before. Not very convenient.
