The girl working when we went didn't know what she was doing. She fitted my kids for ballet, tap and jazz shoes. She was bugged the entire time we were there and was rushing us through the process, so, we ended up with tap shoes that were too small and ballet shoes that were way too big. she said that they both fit and the girls would grow into them. When we put them on at their dance classes I saw, while they were dancing, that there was no way they were the right shoes and had to purchase 4 new pairs of dance shoes. 8 Pairs of shoes later we finally have the right size and Dancewear inc was not helpful in the least. Go anywhere else to purchase shoes, and dance wear
This was a nice store, with nice people, nice customer service and nice products. It was ALSO really expensive, IMHO. Asu last the tap shoes for my 8 year old were.
Helpful and had what we needed.
The lady there yesterday took such good care of us making sure we had everything we needed in the right sizes.
This was my first time going into dance wear inc. and was recommended to by my dance teacher. The stores I have gone to before had me pay a fee to try shoes on and a fee even to buy them. With dance wear inc. it was a total different experience. The assistance was great and if it weren't for the girl who helped me I would be dancing with the wrong shoes. This is my go to dance store for whenever I need to buy new shoes or a new Leo. Can't wait to go there again because it felt like I was walking into a dance wear heaven!
