The light on the overhange over the atm outside has been flickering for months i have brought this to the attention of staff and maitnenice 3 times now this is a problem because there are people with seizures. The issue still is not resolved.
Came into the lobby to see only one person in front of me--awesome! Then i wait...and wait...and wait. Something about a scanner not working. 15 minutes later, a supervisor finally asks why the line isn't moving since she's friends with one of the people in line after me. Supervisor waits 2-3 minutes go to the back and work with teller. Supervisor solves problem in 1 minute. I stood there 20 minutes. I've had mixed experiences at that branch, some good, some bad. However, recently, the bad outnumber the good.
Why did I just wait in line for 40 minutes to get up to the window and have someone tell me to come inside? I missed my shipment delivery today to go to the bank. Do better for your customers because I have asked for assistance to make this easier and have been shot down every time.
Not a trusted bank. Do not be fooled because you see more of them around. They withhold money. Customer support is beyond automated and annoying. Do you not care where your money is being stored? Cause if you did; you would go to a family ran bank. WellsFargo takes money and stall your account with charges other banks do not dare to compromise. Find a new bank.
This was the worst experience. Waited over 30 min in the drive through and only saw 3 cars total moved out of all 4 lanes that were being used. Was made late for a drs appt. We didn’t even get to make the banking transaction that we were waiting for. Had to pull out of the line.
