Ordered a package from them 9/24. It is now 9/30. No package movement. Only a label has been printed. My estimated delivery day is 10/1 and it clearly won’t be making it. If these guys are handling your stuff, turn around and run. Buy from somewhere else. For the love of god. You will not get it in a timely manner.
Complete nightmare to deal with. They will let your package rot for a week before they bother to hand it off to Fedex.. If you've dealt with the Osseo Fedex, you will understand this is a very bad combination
