Horrible work! Do NOT hire this company. I hired them to fix the rotting wood on my deck. I was left with several tops to posts that anyone could have done. They left off any of the detail that was once there. I now have shady work with screws showing. After calling them BACK out, I had to explain to them that the posts of the deck needed to MATCH! I’m still waiting for the repairs, power wash and stain that I was promised on 5/17. (Quote given to me on 5/8!) I’m extremely disappointed. No one has even come out to talk with me about the work or what needed to be done. I just came home to replaced wood pieces.
Great job.nMy deck was 16 years old and looked it. Deck Detail restored it to look like new; power wash, treated it brighten it, and color stained it to look like new.nService was cost effective, personal very polite, and done on time.nnBetter yet I didn't even have to be home when they came.nWill definitely have then back in 18months.
Awful experience. Brand new 15 thousand dollar deck. Company sprayed stain all over my house and flagstone rocks under the deck (which they didn’t cover when spraying). Furthermore they didn’t cover the spindles and stain is all over my aluminum spindles. After poor results due to uneven stain applied and three coats to the boards the job was completed. 2 years after now the top coat is peeling as they applied sealer upon sealer upon sealer. This company ruined $10,000 worth of rock in my landscape
