The owner - Sam- came in with a low ball offer to get the job, made us wait several months to complete it, gave us less than 12 hours notice before he fit us into his schedule and then charged us nearly $1000 more than the quote.nThe job was not up to our expectations and when I called for touchups in areas which were not done well enough I am still waiting. Oh- and I called at least 3 times and asked Sam to come out for the redo and that was a couple of months ago. I could have done a better patching job than Sam did. He takes on too many jobs by low balling his quote and then he cannot keep up- result? Less than adequate painting job. Need I say more??
