I do NOT recommend. We had a miscommunication on scope of work. He calls me as the work gets started, VERY angry. Doesn't offer any solutions even when I ask for a proposal. Just wants to yell at me about adding scope. No contractor acts like this... Unhinged.
His painting company walked out of the job claiming he used up the number of hours allocated for the quoted job. The work was sloppy and inattentive to detail. Unfortunately the general contractor paid him in full and chose not to pursue going after him. I would not recommend Dave Kenney's Painting. They do not act in good faith
