We haven’t had this location in a long while but decided to try it. We ordered 3 pizzas and a sub sandwich. The pizzas were great, my kids and husband loved it. The sub sandwich... that’s another story. We ordered no cheese. It had cheese. My husband called and had to explain to the person 4x that it was a sandwich not a pizza that we ordered and had to explain multiple times what went on it. Had to pay for a whole new sandwich. Ordered it the same way as before. He went to pick it up and they brought out a pizza... not a sandwich. Needless to say, this is starting to get hilarious. They then bring out the sandwich, it’s brought home and it has cheese on it again along with other items not wanted on the sandwich. They get 2 stars for getting the pizzas correct, but I was bummed, as I was looking forward to trying a sandwich from that location.
Ordered an over $80.00 dollar order for delivery. Showed up with half the order missing. No problem, the driver was extremely polite and went back for the rest of the order. Called the store to also ask for the buffalo sauce we had ordered. So the store was aware of the delivery issues. You would think they would make the items again to be fresh. Nope... We received food that had sat for the 40 minutes it took to correct the issue. So we received cold, hard jet bread. Went straight to the trash sadly.nnSuch a disappointment. We love Jets but this location, not so much.nn5 stars for the awesome, courteous driver.n1 star for the cold food. ud83dude1f
They have this wonderful option of being able to text in your order. This is a little better than online ordering because you can be more detailed oriented about your needs. i.e. food allergies, dislikes, etc. However, in order for this to work, they have to actually Read the text and not glance at it. There’s a big difference in add tomato and tomato ALLERGY. The young man who did curbside was very courteous, he went and talked to the manager, and they were able to make a totally new pizza within ten to fifteen minutes.
Pizza is awesome but the phone number of Novi branch is directed to Northville branch on google. Please ensure you are calling the right branch.
Staff is always courteous and professional. Also, my order is always done correctly . 5 stars for me
