The one on grandriver at haggerty is pretty good , food and service

Usually great service and freaky fast delivery but the attention span from a manager is any wonder my food even made it to me at all. Failed to follow simple instructions but luckily the driver recognized a customer from a 3 year history without even having the correct information from an inattentive boss. Just giving credit where it’s due because communication is key and I won’t waste time or money with lack of leadership about listening skills.

ordering from this place for many years. But I I'm notNot happy with the service I received today.nI rather drive down a few miles to the other Jimmy John's where I get not only good customer service but smiley faces positive attitude.nnBut it seems like these people have no respect for their customers.nnNOT TO MENTION, THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY SANDWICH.

Subs are good , but your better off showing up and picking up the sandwich yourself. If your on a lunch break don't depend on your delivery to be on time... Freaky good ? Absolutely ... Freaky fast highly unlikely

Very unprofessional, I made a order for delivery. I told the person taking my order to inform the driver that I was sitting in my car to come to the back he even took the color of my vehicle. After 35 min go by I call and ask how much longer she tells me there was a delivery before me but not much longer. Then another 20 minute's go by so I call she says the driver delivered it to the front office. And that there was no description on where to deliver the food. This has happened twice there needs to be better communication between the workers and the drivers.
