!NOT REALLY A FIVE STAR, ONLY 2 STARS BARELY!nI only gave it 5 so this would be seen. The two stars are only because the people are at least polite that ive interacted with and the food has no issues. The problem is delivery. I work 5 minutes down the road and the average time for delivery is around 40 minutes. I order at 11:15 and my lunch is at 11:30 and i didnt even receive it before my lunch was over today. Normally i get it with a few minutes left and i have to hurry and eat my food but i at least get it so ive never complained, but today was ridiculous. They always say they are under staffed and thats the cause of the delay but it seems pretty regular and on different days of the week. I dont really blame the drivers but when you get out of your car and it reeks like weed i feel it might be a factor. I called and i finally got an offer for a free sub that couldnt be used for deliver but it seemed as though the manager didnt know what to do to make this up. Wont be eating there anymore and wish customer service was more of the culture there but it doesnt seem that way. Wouldnt suggest delivery.

I’m a fifteen year old boy, and not much ticks me off, but I remember this traumatic event like it was yesterday. I clearly asked for a turkey Tom, no mayo, no lettuce, and no cheese, simple, I know. When I got my sandwich I was horrified, there was mayo on my sandwich. Ruined My Day!!! You know mayo doesn’t belong any where, I think jimmy johns should remove mayo completely from all of their stores. I think condiments make a lot of foods better, like honey mustard on a sandwich is a game changer, try it. Also, fries should always, and I mean always be served with ketchup. Mayo doesn’t belong anywhere, just stop it. I mean this mistake should be a fireable offense. Jimmy johns rarely messes up my order, and I don’t want this to tarnish our relationship, so I’ll just get over it. 5 stars I guess.

The staff here recognizes my order every time as soon as I start ordering and they have no idea how much I appreciate them. This particular establishment is wonderful and I love every single person who works there. They have contributed to the stabilization of my mental state countless times and not to be dramatic but I would frankly die for them.

The employees are a delight and I simply couldn't have enjoyed a giant pickle more. The triple chunk chocolate chip cookies I highly recommend. The store was clean, well lit, and the ambience for a night out was perfect. This is a team of great individuals that all deserve a cookie in my occasionally humble opinion.
