Can we give them a ZERO. What a joke.waiting at the counter to pick up a phone in order, the kid can answer the phone and look at me but not come up front to help. Terrible service. Pay attention to detail. Worst customer service ever. Will never come back. Recommend calling Jets or Dominos. Better pizza anyways.
More often times than not this place is closed even when it says they are open. I have run into many customers while visiting here in the past that say the same thing. There pizzas are alright as long as it's not a regular hot and ready. The employees are nice most of the time as well as patient. I understand how the pandemic has impacted local business and that's why I am giving it a three star review
Better call before u get hungry, called ahead and still waited my whole lunch break and didn't have time to eat, terrible location
If you want a “hot and ready”, this is not the place. The last two times I came here, they didn’t have anything ready. The manager didn’t seem to understand the concept of “ready” saying, it will only be five more minutes. Additionally, I came here on two other occasions and they weren’t open during their listed times. It’s clear that customer service is a low priority at the Little Caesar’s on 10 mile in Novi.
Service was incredible! I had a couple of curiousity questions and breanna answered them for me and asked me if i had any other questions and continued into to asking me what id like to order. She was upbeat, positive, and made the whole visit very smooth. She is definitely doing her part to make and keep this location a success! Thk u!!!
