They say it’s not just a gym it’s a community and it’s TOTALLY TRUE! You get to know a lot of people and have fun working out together. Everyone is amazing from the trainers to the owner to the members. The minute you walk in you will feel welcome. And when you leave you will feel really great with how hard you worked! I’ve personally been working out for over 5 years. Joined back on February right before COVID hit. When we couldn’t go to the gym they set up online workouts. Then when we could meet outside we did outside workouts. Then when they could open we were inside (thank god because it was getting cold out). They made sure the members were getting their moneys worth. All in all, great place to get a great workout and meet amazing people!

F45 has a great atmosphere for people of all fitness levels. You get a great workout every time! The owner and trainers are knowledgeable and will help you achieve any goal you have for yourself. They make you feel welcome and a part of the F45 family. Can't say enough good things about F45-Livonia!

F45 will quickly become more than just a gym for you. For me it feels more like a family. Since I joined in September I have felt so much positive change in my life and not just my body. It becomes an obsession and if I don’t make it to a class that day I can feel the difference in my mood and energy. The coaches will push and encourage you to be your best. The owner is amazing and genuinely cares not only about every single clients’ well being but also takes care of his employees! Thanks for making my life so much better guys!!

I was so happy to discover F45 North Livonia. The trainers are incredible, the gym is SO clean, the workouts are Intense and effective, and the best part of all, the community there is unlike anything i’ve had at any other gym. I’d rate it a 6 out of 5 stars if i was allowed ♥ufe0f
