If you are looking to either begin, or enhance your exercise regimen, Super Slow Zone is a wonderful way to accomplish both. Michelle makes the twice weekly sessions go pleasantly and quickly. Optimal results are achieved in about 40 minutes per week. She provides personal attention and can tweak workouts to allow for injury, illness, etc. when necessary. Best investment for myself I've made.

SuperSlow weight training is a great way to build muscle, improve bone density, and stay fit. Just 20 minutes 2 times a week will keep you in shape. Whether you are young or old, currently active or leading a sedentary lifestyle but looking to get into shape, then SuperSlow is the best way.

I discovered: a professional, educated, personal trainer; private, safe sessions; a twice-a-week schedule that I keep yet can also adjust; and results with muscle tone and bone strength. Michelle is knowledgeable and supportive. I’m never kept waiting for my scheduled time. In and out within 30 minutes. It’s now been over 7 years, and as my body changes with age and lifestyle choices, my commitment to SuperSlow Zone is consistent. My body, mind, and overall health definitely benefit from this commitment.

Superslow high intensity exercise is the most scientifically valid form of exercise there is. And it only takes 30 minutes a week. It's hard work but the time saved and the health benefits are well worth it. Michelle is a great coach and will guide your training towards effective results. The MedX machines at this facility are the best one can possibly use and are based on scientific concepts discovered by Arthur Jones.
