This place is great. The owner and all trainers are professional, energetic and positive, always. I have been lucky to have worked with Charles Lacasse who is knowledgable and hardworking. He clearly loves to train others - he pushes hard, has endless enthusiasm and is truly happy to see improvement in his clients. I feel healthier and stronger now than I did 15 years ago.
The place has been well maintained and I see the dedicated trainers take great care in sanitizing the equipments and space meticulously. My trainer is Nick and he is great at paying attention to details and following up on my personal goals. I have no reservations in recommending this place for someone looking for losing weight/staying fit/getting back into the groove after long sedentary life. Thank you to the team there and Nick.
The place is nice and clean and my trainer Sade is sweet she cares about your goals .
I’ve been working with Sade for a couple weeks now and I can’t say enough good things about both the company as a whole and her!! She helped me change my life for the best in sooo many ways and keeps me on track to get me to my goals I 1000% recommend going and seeing Sade :)
